Sessions will normally last between one and one and a half hours although this may be longer in cases of giving up smoking or alcohol or drug addictions.The number of sessions will vary from person to person and are dependant on a number of factors including the nature of the problem being addressed.

Most issues such as nail - biting, insomnia, smoking etc, plus most fears and phobias can usually be resolved in one session. Issues requiring analytical hypnotherapy will sometimes take between two and five sessions, normally spaced a week apart.

Sessions take place at Alan’s clinic in Exeter. Alan can arrange to visit clients with disabilities at home, please ring 01392 218598 and ask for details.

Initial Session ₤40 Subsequent sessions (Where needed ie analytical, weight loss) ₤35

Stop Smoking ₤90 (Includes back-up session if needed)

Corporate Work - Corporate clients are most welcome, please contact Alan to discuss requirements and terms.
